OptoDerm is a South African brand created by biotechnologist John Heath, the founder of South Africa’s first biotechnology company, Bionix (in 1983). OptoDerm’s aesthetic dermaceutical range incorporates its unique, patent pending, transdermal technology, PenetrX. The company’s focus is acne, pigmentation and aging, and its mission is to provide affordable, quality products based on good science.
