Lanolab had a very clear idea when formulating their products in that they all had to be unique, innovative, locally manufactured, and natural. Their inspiration started in 2014 when the now current owners were looking for a balm to assist with, grazes and cuts, itchy bites, chafing, and sunburnt lips. Not finding anything locally they teamed up with a compounding pharmacist to formulate locally based products that met all these needs. All Lanolab products are free from any added fragrance and the key ingredients are Lanolin and Papain. They are proud to have won The Women& Home Holy Grail Beauty Award in 2022 for best rich moisturiser and The Women& Home Holy Grail Beauty Award in 2023 for the best Lanolin multi-purpose balm. Lanolin have also been awarded a seal of approval from the South African Allergy Foundation.
