Tranexamic Serum is effective in treating hyperpigmentation as well as the treatment of Melasma.  The combination of active ingredients help block the biochemical cascade that lead to pigmentation issues.  This is achieved by blocking the production of the enzyme tyrosinase that leads to the production of melanin.

Use AM and/or PM

Apply after cleansing the face and before moisturiser.

• Dispense an adequate amount of serum into your clean hand to cover your whole face and neck – a little goes along way
• Gently rub the serum into the skin
• Allow to full absorb into the skin before applying anything on top of the serum

This serum contains a high active percentage (close to 30%) and is therefore a little sticky when first applied. Apply as thin a layer as possible and allow to penetrate for a few minutes and then apply moisturiser.

Tranexamic Serum is a biomimetic moisturiser for hyperpigmentation, it contains a synergistic combination of pigmentation targeting and skin brightening actives.

Tranexamic acid works by inhibiting the production of melanin, by inhibiting tyrosinase activity and reducing the activity of melanocytes. It has powerful anti-inflammatory properties and is ideal for use post-procedure and in treating post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and hormonal pigmentation.

20% Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate helps increase collagen product in the skin while evening out pigmentation and sun damage in the skin.

Alpha Arbutin and Ferulic acid work synergistically to inhibit melanin production

Hyaluronic acid and Xyloglucans to improve hydration and elasticity in the skin.
