1. Apply a generous amount from roots to ends on damp, towel dried hair
2. Comb through once and leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes or more
3. Rinse from hair, shampoo, and condition
Use once a week or two to three times a week for damaged hair.

I’ve been coming back to this product for a few years. Repairs damaged hair and makes hair soft and smooth again. It does take a bit of effort (it is a pretreatment that you need to apply to wet hair and then only start your hair washing routine after) BUT it is very much worth it!
