Medilan Skin Functions:
The key ingredient in Lamelle Barrier Repair Cream is Medilan. Medilan is an ultra-purified hypoallergenic medical grade lanolin that has been shown to cause almost zero sensitization. As well as its occlusive properties it has also been shown to penetrate the skin and help to store water in the stratum corneum. The hypoallergenic nature of Medilan combined with its soothing and hydrating properties make it a valuable ingredient in emollient preparations used to treat eczema and other dry skin conditions and to help with skin repair.
