Apply liberally to face an exposed area, 15 minutes before going into the sun.
Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours when in the sun.

Among the best sunscreens I have EVER used. If you sensitive and normal to dry skin this is a lifesaver. Great protection and very anti-inflammatory for redness prone skin like mine.
