A quick pick-me-up for all skin types, it provides any skin with extra natural care and moisture. Additionally, Dr. Grandel’s Cream Mask combats premature wrinkles, promotes the microcirculation, and activates the regenerative forces.

Apply approx. 2 teaspoons to face, neck and décolleté after cleansing with Dr. Grandel’s Puri Soft and leave to work for approx. 15 minutes. Remove residue with a warm, damp flannel or tissue and if necessary (skin feeling), apply a suitable eye and face cream.
Applied as a treatment course, supplement daily care with this mask several times per week – over a period of three to four weeks.

Argan Oil:
Valuable oil made of the fruit kernels of the argan tree. The nourishing properties and sumptuous ingredients (vitamins and essential fatty acids) stimulate the skin’s ability to bind moisture and maintain its elasticity.
Kaolin:
White powder, also known as white clay or China clay, with a balancing effect on redness and excessive oily shine.
Epigran:
Multi-active ingredient concentrate made from wheatgerm and wheat bran, manufactured in Augsburg according to one of the special processes developed by Dr. Felix Grandel (maceration process). Its vital substances (vitamins, minerals, secondary plant substances, trace elements, panthenol and allantoin) provide all-round nourishment for the skin, with the most important factors for a healthy and youthful complexion.
