How to use
Take one 20ml sachet or cap of liquid collagen orally daily, either directly from the sachet or cap, or mixed into a beverage of your preference.
Should you desire to exceed the recommended daily dose of 10,000 mg of collagen, take the additional doses several hours apart to optimize absorption of each dose. For instance, one dose may be taken in the morning, followed by another in the evening. It’s worth noting that excess collagen is improbable to induce harm; rather, it will be naturally eliminated by the body.
