Before applying the mascara, use a lash curler to gently curl and shape the lashes into place. If you hold the mirror lower than eye-level during application, it is easier to capture the lashes at the roots – this generates a lot of volume and enhances the false lash effect. Apply the mascara from root to tip with gentle zigzag movements to make sure that the individual lashes are perfectly separated despite the abundance of volume.
