After using Restoring Shampoo, apply small amount of conditioner to hair and work from base to ends. Maximize distribution by working with fingers or comb until hair is conditioned. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse.

Smells great! Unfortunately a little does not go a long way so I am not sure how long it will last but my hair is super smooth and less frizzy after use. Great product and brand.
