How to use
Mix a minimum of 10g’s / 10 000mg’s (one heaped tablespoon) into a liquid or food of your choice.
For optimal results, use 20g’s per day (2 heaped tablespoons).
When addressing a pressing need, you can use up to 30g’s (3 heaped tablespoons per day)
Best enjoyed in coffee, smoothies, yoghurt, juices, stews or broths. Please ensure the collagen is completely dissolved. Agitate if required.
