Silica in the skin nourishes, regenerates and boosts collagen content, and silica determines collagen levels. It acts on the connective tissue, renewing collagen and elastin fibres and improves the synthesis of joint collagen. Natural silica is essentially in a non-soluble form in nature, which makes it poorly bioavailable. Orgono® silica capsules are clinically proven to be four times more bioavailable than other forms of silica. The silicon contained in this formula has been evaluated in a recent study (Anderson et al, 2018), in which a significant decrease in the depth of wrinkles, diminution of spots by UV light and increased hydration of the skin was observed.
