This powerful serum is designed to illuminate and brighten skin that is affected by hyper pigmentation caused by ageing, hormonal fluctuations and UV exposure. Contains 12 active brighteners that help break up and reduce the appearance of existing pigmentation and discourage new spots from forming.
The Neostrata Enlighten Illuminating Serum ingredients have been upgraded to include higher concentrations and new additions: 6% NeoGlucosamine (NAG), 4% Niacinamide, & 0.1% Butyl Resorcinol. Patented NeoGlucosamine increases natural cell turnover to exfoliate and fade existing skin discolourations.

Using fingertips, apply serum twice daily to cleansed face. Can be smoothed all over the face and neck. Gently massage any remaining excess into the skin. Can be used alone or under treatment and moisturiser. Limit sun exposure during and after use to prevent darkening from reoccurring.

Skin is definitely brighter after a few days of use. Pigmentation is slightly lightened (on this serum for 2 years). I have noticed that the product protects against further discoloration with regular use. Overall it is a very good product.
