24h Pro Liner is extremely smooth, soft, and creamy, and has a texture that allows optimal playtime and blending, before setting on the lid. It has an even finish that last up to 24 hours without creasing, flaking or fading. It has an excellent and even colour pay-off and is easy to blend shortly after application. 24h Pro Liner is a multi-purpose pencil. It is very suitable on the waterline of the upper/lower lid as a kohl/kajal but can also be used around the edge of the eye with a thin or broad line.
