Apply the Catrice Glam & Doll Tinted Primer Mascara Base as you would any other primer or mascara, and layer it until you’ve reached the volume and length you’re going for. Thanks to its soft black colour, it can be used on its own for a natural look or as a base to enhance the effect of your favourite mascara.
