For visible and long-lasting effectiveness, we recommend that you take 2 capsules per day for 9 weeks (equivalent to 3 packs), with a large glass of water during a meal.

To maintain the effects, allow your body to get used to its new way of working and not induce any sudden changes, we advise you to continue the treatment for a good month (1 pack) in taking 1 capsule per day.
