Primer works best on cleansed skin. Apply a thin layer to the skin. Use just a pea-sized amount of primer for a thin, even layer. Glide primer onto the skin evenly before applying foundation and concealer. After you apply it, wait a full minute for it to dry and set on skin before getting started on your makeup routine.
