SVR Cicavit DM+ Cicatrices

Ant-scarring silicone gel. Encourages healing and reduces scarring after surgery and dermatological treatments.

SVR has developed a medical product for the initial management of all scars and for the prevention of hypertrophic and keloid scars. The formula is highly concentrated in rigorously selected silicones. Its non-greasy, non-sticky gel texture forms a semi-occlusive, invisible film to provide a barrier protection. It maintains a humid environment that favours scar healing, immediately soothes and calms itching, reduces redness and tightness, reduces and prevents the formation of red, thick, rigid scars. Flattens and smooths scars and makes scars less visible.

How to use

How to use

Apply twice daily to closed wounds and scars. Ensure skin is clean and dry before application.

Do not use for longer than 30 days.

In case of sun exposure, protect the scar to limit the risk of developing red or brown marks.

Warnings and precautions: CICAVIT DM + Cicatrices is for external use only. In case of persistent problem, stop use and consult a doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the tube. Do not apply to the eyes or mucous membranes.

Keep for 12 months after opening. Store at room temperature.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use on open wounds. Do not use in conjunction with a locally applied medication. In case of skin disorder, consult your doctor. Not indicated for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

External use only.

The skin is a protective barrier that must absolutely repair itself if it is damaged. This phase can last from several months to several years. If your scar is less than 24 months old you can still take action to improve its appearance. Beyond 2 years, its aspect becomes definitive.
