This product is designed to shape the body, as well as reduce the appearance of stretch marks and uneven skin tone. Created to be used after liposuction, Kybella, needling of stretch marks and other body treatments such as Cellfina. A promising method of treating cellulite is to reduce excessive fat stores by inhibiting adipocyte differentiation, increasing lipolysis in adipocytes and breaking down existing fat deposits and in doing so, shaping the cutaneous and subcutaneous fat layers. Inducing apoptosis in adipocytes, as well as promoting homoeostasis in the tissue are two further targets. Anti-inflammatory ingredients reduce edema and bruising post-surgery and accelerate recovery time. Improving cell turnover will improve skin tone and radiance. Regulating fibrillogenesis will improve the structure of the cutaneous layer and limit post-surgery scarring. Another target is to decrease the length of the dermo-hypodermal union, in order to stimulate a more regular junction line and a better organisation of the tissue.
Active ingredients:
18-ß-Glycyrrhetinic Acid: Blocks 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1, which in turn
reduces the availability of cortisol at the level of adipocytes.
Guggulsterone: A strong 11-ß-HSD1 inhibitor of lipid storage in maturing adipocytes. A synergistic
effect with glycyrrhetinic acid has been observed to enhance induction of adipocyte apoptosis and thus on the reduction of the total number of adipocytes.
Vibrio Alginolyticus Ferment Filtrate: Stronger desquamation marker stimulation than retinoic acid. Protects the collagen network and thus contributing to skin regeneration. The exfoliating properties improve skin smoothness, leading to an even skin complexion.
Microencapsulated Acetyl Hexapeptide-39: Diminishes adipocyte differentiation in white adipose tissue by strongly reducing the PGC-1α levels. Demonstrated to significantly reduce the length of the dermo-hypodermal junction line, which is related to the formation of cellulite and skin irregularities.
Ribose: Enhances ATP regeneration.
Slow Release AHA blend: Demonstrated to improve texture and to reduce scars and pigmentation spots in vivo. Stimulates dermal restructuring.
Tripeptide-10 Citrulline: This peptide has shown in vitro efficacy in regulating fibrillogenesis. Thus, higher order matrix is controlled, stimulating the formation of a well-structured, supple and robust skin.
Bacillus/ Soybean Ferment Extract: Enhances adiponectin secretion by human adipocytes. An improvement in thigh girth, abdomen fold and circumference, and arm contour has been demonstrated in vivo.
Bakuchiol: Furthermore, gene expression of vital ECM proteins such as collagens I, III and IX, elastin and fibrillin, fibronectin (FLR3; FLR2), hyaluronan & aquaporin is significantly increased. Antiinflammatory.
