Cleanse skin morning and evening with Advanced Cleanser, apply Regen Ceutic in the morning and follow with Sun Ceutic. Apply Turn Over in the evening after cleansing skin. Make sure to acclimatize your skin to the products gradually as follows: use Turn Over every 3rd night for 2 weeks then every 2nd night for 2 weeks.
