Its presence is essential for repairing damaged tissues and improving the healing process. It is critical for regenerating new bone matter and maintaining bone thickness and elasticity. Silica is an essential dietary supplement for active people, athletes, convalescents and the elderly. It promotes healthy joints, bones, cartilage, ligaments and tendons, which are primarily composed of collagen, known as the main protein found in connective tissue.

First month – take one capsule twice daily. Thereafter: Take one capsule once daily for maintenance. It is recommended to take the capsule an hour before or after other medication. Do not exceed daily dosage.
